Burns made her debut as a TV actress in 1995, where she played the role of Peg on the popular sitcom in Spanish that was called Out of The Blue. Brooke Elizabeth Burns is an American fitness model and actress TV star most well-known for her performance in the role of Jessie Owens in the famous drama show Baywatch. She's best known for playing Shallow Hal in the 2001 commercially-successful film. She was Peg from 1995 until 1996 on the Spanish American TV show for teens called Out of the Blue.
